Kelsey Asbille Chow is an American actress who came to prominence after her appearance on the Disney XD sitcom 'Pair of Kings'. Barbara appeared on Lifetime Army Wives TV, and appeared in ABC George Lopez as Sabrina the Teenage Witch. She also appeared in Neil Simon's Female adaptation of The Odd Couple. Barbara was also the main character in Love Letters Touring in Major Cities in America. Barbara appeared on stage at Kansas City Missouri at The New Theatre throughout 2012. The show Social Security had a one-month run at Jacksonville Florida.
